Safety is everyone's responsibility! We adhere to OSHA requirements and enforce them. Our job sites are drug and alcohol free. Reliable transportation is required since most job sites are on or near one of the lakes in Kootenai County. We work 40 to 50 hours per week. Pay is based on knowledge, performance, and production. Overtime is paid at time and a half. Medical and dental benefits are offered after 60 days of employment. Most holidays and weekends are off.
