Everwell Bay Remodel

Little changes made a big difference in this remodel. We built the original home on Lake Coeur d’Alene’s Everwell Bay five years earlier. The new owners didn’t change the exterior, but wanted to change the rustic interior to reflect a more contemporary feel. Not surprisingly, this home took on a completely different look when much of the woodwork was painted white along with replacing carpet and furniture. We completed the transformation by changing out light fixtures and replacing some of the drywall ceilings with painted tongue and groove wood ceilings. Other changes included a new backsplash above the kitchen stove, darker stain on the ceiling beams, new stone around the master fireplace and a complete makeover of the master bath and powder rooms.
