The owners of this magnificent residence in The Golf Club at Black Rock requested a grand lodge when they selected Momentum Architecture to design their home and us to build it. The slope of the site resulted in a unique plan with the added benefit of very tall basement ceilings and windows to enhance the grandeur. Dominant features include oversized timbers and beams, along with a large quantity of stone and bark-edge siding. The home reflects the natural environment of North Idaho. 

Catching your eye on the exterior of the residence is a log and timber circular staircase – a particularly fun and rewarding element for the ES team to build.
