Marketing Coordinator
Edwards Smith Construction, a leading luxury home builder in Coeur d’Alene, is seeking a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is key in shaping our brand, supporting client communications, and promoting the exceptional homes we build throughout North Idaho. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a detail-driven environment, with strong writing skills, a sharp visual eye, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years of marketing experience, strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, and proficiency in social media management and content scheduling tools. Experience with basic photo and video editing, using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or similar, is required. The ability to work independently and collaboratively is essential, and familiarity with SEO, WordPress, and marketing analytics tools is a plus.
